YUCK!

Got up at 3...yep..3....then snoozed a little more......woke up to run at 5......did not do so well....just 3 miles...decided cut it short...felt sick sick sick.....don't think i ate or drank enough yesterday.....hope that is all it is......things to do today....

but back to the run...there was this big huge moon over the lake all spooky looking with clouds over the orange......so fine..hope some of you saw it......

yep..i am nervous about this 20 miles....but the 10 went well...until yesterday i was doing pretty good with the water and the diet....so...back to it today...and i hope that all of you are jogging and blogging.....
