4:00...?5:15

yeah...5:15 is when i get up...tell my mind and bod that....please!.....no rest for the weary last night...ended up running the usual by the lake..no one out...celebrating the 4th i bet...but anyway...the sun was definitely up and at em...and the lake.....was still there....quiet and still this morning.....good to be back to my usual place to run...even tho' did enjoy the beach...mostly ran in the small group of houses next to ours..and managed to get in 5 or 6 mi most days..but the humidity was SOMETHING!...can't believe it felt better here .......but it did...gotta put nurse patti cap on today..so off to the trenches....have a good one...patti g.
