hellooooooooo.....helloooo anyone out there?

up and at em this morning...may I say that some days just stink....my legs feel like tree trunks....and i am sop and wet...and it is cooler than it has been...but i am dying...how in the world am i going to do 18 miles saturday......i think i am not going to think about it...just start drinking water....water water.............and gatorade......and just deal with it when it happens!....

started out around the lake.......still and quiet this morning...no one out...not the walkers..not the early morning runner...who has a wicked pace that i envy...no one......even the dogs didn't bark this morning.....made it around the other side...and there is the perfect electric sunrise with a purple sky......and blue all around......and now.....i am tired...and i am seriously thinking of going in here...and resting for a while longer......and restarting my day later......have a good one...and see you saturday.....patti g.
