around the lake so quiet and still......pat, pat, pat....me and the gray......man is it humid out there.....few stars twinkling in the sky....ran the 4:1 thing....tired this morning..but feels so good to get out of here.....just feel the road underneath...no runners no walkers until the end of the run....wanted to keep going but 3 was it today...maybe tonight..3 more.....we will see.....hope your day is good...patti g.
