wooooo....

TELL ME...is it hot or is IT HOT!!!!....hit the road at 5:45 this morning..late for me....had 15 yr old come in at 2this morning....from camp.....had a hard time getting out of the bed...anyway...back to the run...5 miles i think..maybe a little more.....i was pretty slow out there...due to 12hr shift yesterday..and the interrupted sleep....but managed to get the time and the miles in...so with a whole nights sleep tonight..maybe i can increase the distance....maybe......

i always get nervous about these long runs....wondering if i can do it.....and if i am going to feel horrible afterward....the last one was not too bad...i tried to make sure i hydrated......hope we get an early start this weekend....and let's pray for a cold front .....
