6.5....maybe

The maybe part..is because cannot remember how much the part is that i added on.....so.....it was at LEAST 5.5 miles...slow and easy...cause i did not want to get out of bed..and waited til 5:30 to start moving...got out at 5:45....

the lake was still....no birds...didn't even see the turtles out this morning....but the sky was blue and that purple and pink line on the horizon...looked pretty nice as I ran up my most unfavorite hill...is htat a word..'unfavorite'..don't think so...anyway..the run was pretty good...altho' the last mile i walked...and wished for a breeze.....my knees felt good...I have to remember the aleve before the long run....

got the internet connection fixed.....so i'll be blogging and jogging....hope your day is good...patti
