great morning....not too cold not too hot...juuust right!

awake at 5....oh well....so you didn't get the 6 or 7 hrs..you wanted..........up to it....stars are out this morning winking at me around every bend in the road.....no one out here just me and a cool wind and some bird that hissed at me ....about scared me to death....know i picked up my pace then.......but managed to slow it down.....ran longer...this time, Mark....not so many walk breaks.....and added a half mile to the whole thing .........cause i got up earlier......3.5
yesterday and the day before......didn't run or exercise........read all of the blogs ...tho'....inspired me to keep on keeping on..........
off to a day at the hospital...and getting my boys to school.............hope all of your day is a good one...plg
