cruddy day

went to the y...walked 1.5 there...and then noticed it wasn't raining...and i just wanted to get outside...the place was so full of people.....felt claustrophobic...so off to my road........gray and wet...but quiet...and best of all no people..no bad news on tv...no music....nothing but me and the road.....and the tightest muscles......i have ever had....couldnot get in the rhythm...but enjoyed it anyway....all in all....about 4. miles...........now off to work......hopefully lots of babies.....and lots of business...........have a good one....!!!!
