Mark needs a watch that really times a minute....!!!!!

Yep..you heard it....that watch does NOT give you long enough to walk.....I needed a little more time..........Matt and Alice agreed..I am bringing my own watch the next time....and see for myself....!!...I will never remember all of those machines....At our y....(v'burg)....there are some of the same machines...I just have to remember which ones are the ones she talked about.....I will figure it out...eventually.....can't decide whether to run tomorrow and rest Monday...have to work 12.....and sometimes that is too much in one day..............do not know how to pace myself .....wore myself out.........excited about meeting new people.....and doing this.....thanks..mark.....
