YEAH!!!!!!SUNSHINE!!!!!!

Hit the road at 730 this morning....me and the school buses....not a good time to run...much better in the early am before the birds get up...but the sunshine was great!!!..hope we have more of it and less of the wet stuff.....ran 3.0 in 30 min. ....can't help it, Mark...I needed to get finished.....I have things to do.....definitely need to pace myself better....I am going to try to walk and run like Mark is talking about and maybe I will last longer....26 miles...is looking really tough from here......haven't really done the xt very well.....went to the y the other day to do wts...and yesterday almost died....so sore.....need to go back over that wt. training program...but my speakers have to be hooked up on this dang computer...and i can't figure out how to hook them back up......it is color coded..how hard can it be....!!duh....have a good one....
