I NEED SUNSHINE and A BEACH!!!!!

Hit the road this morning...thank goodness...I did make good time...no mp3 this morning...just me and the gray day.............I need some sun....and a really great beach to look at.....this rain is not happening............... i was supposed to xt yesterday .....but never did get to the v'burg y and the brain went to the ditch...so today is the 'new' day....think I will still run tomorrow.......this is really mind over matter, isn't it...?.........I need to eat better....too........when and how long before you go do you eat........I am afraid i will be sick sick sick.....and that is not a pretty sight....yuk..........................actually got hot today in my running stuff..and didn't have that much on.......of course it wasn't 22 degrees...like it was the day i bought the stuff.........I am definitely ready for shorts and a tshirt.....easier.......more tomorrow......blogging and jogging....
