My brain is in the ditch.....and I walked more than I ran.....but my time was almost the same...keep thinking I have a looooooonnnnnnnngggggg way to go......have not really run the whole 3 miles this week....more like walk run walk run....but i am moving.....guess that will have to do.....for now....expecting Mr. Encouragement...to get us pumped up Saturday......I hate the cold and it was cold and gray out there this morning.....not even the birds wanted to wake up....and not one dog barked.....they all felt like me....sluggish.................I am sore....wishing I had that pool you talk about to jump in....but I HATE cold weather.....it is time for the sun to SHINE..............
