no lake today

no lake today...decided to do the flat route....i like the lake better....gives me something to look at.....althooooooo....on the way back to the house this morning..i did get a great fireworks show.....it was dark still..and the stars were out....and i saw this big flash of light..and looked up to see something explode......don't ask me......have no idea what it was...but then right after that........there was a big falling star...i guess that is what it was.......it shot across the sky...and i was wishing that i had someone else's view on that one...but there was not one walker out this mornning...........

the run was quiet....me and the music........pat, pat pat......the usual patti pace....no rhyme or reason......today.........tried 4:1...But not in a real good rhythm this morning...probably more walking than running ........but. iwas moving..may go this evening....have a good monday...
