around and around she goes...

Hello to all............pat, pat, pat,....that is me..on around the lake....the air so thick you could cut it with a knife......the lake still..and the stars twinkling up there with a half moon........couldn't get the breathing right at first......my mind thinking with the music........finally slowed down....remember to pace.......did a 2:1 3:1 4:1.....who knows...my own thing......sunny and shawn know...i tend to do what i want.....going from song to song......some songs are just good to run to...you know it...anybody got their favorites......my list...toby keith.....the prayer...charlotte church..josh groban...some kind of classical that i have no idea what it is...just in a collection of cds that i have on the shelf..and loaded up.....rob thomas......rascal flats....all of them..my buddies when i do this crazy thing that we are doing........the knee is bugging me..and i am fretting over the long run....hoping that i can at least put in a reasonable amount of miles.........planning my strategy if none of this 'resting' works...............i am thinking of steroids....hey..i am not proud............i will see.......


i have thought of what i will do after the race.......and i think i will continue to do my 3 around the lake......and keep on keeping on..maybe do a few more....not sure if i will do a marathon...but maybe...who knows..?...............this running thing..is good......and i am thankful that i can do it..........


well.......i have stayed on the computer too long...have to go to work......

we are going to meet a new baby today..and i am taking care of her mom......she works with me...............and we are all excited to be meeting this new person......her mom and dad are great folks...so ...she cannot help but be.....!!!
