HEllo to all...hope this finds all of you cool..and in good spirits......I don't know about you..but all of this hurricane stuff has made me count my blessings.....the babies have been coming right on into the world...in spite of the storm.....we had 2 sets of twins.....perri and terri......cute little boys...both over 6 #...........and then there was the little girl...we all named stormy.......don't know if that is what she ended up..but that is what we called her....

lights came on night before last...and family came in with the electricity.....from hattiesburg...some of them still near the coast.....with a house that is damaged pretty bad by the wind and the rain.....no water or electricity for them...but they feel blessed to have something to work with...........

I myself feel fortunate to have only a few trees down........and no damage to my house ........

i have not run this week....at all...nothing since Saturday.....the knee has really been hurting.............after the storm i did a lot of yard work...limbs and raking and sweeping....and my knee has been really hurting....i hope that does not mean something new....but i plan to try to run tomorrow morning...and see how it does...........i definitely feel that this storm has put a new light on the run......but still...it is an accomplishment for all....and i want to finish what i set out to do......run a marathon!........i hope all of you have a cool weekend...!! patti g.
