4 miles tonight...

started running at sunset.......me and that road running right under me....all the way around the lake.....it was still this evening..with a few ripples caused by the bugs hitting the water......sometimes wonder if the fish in there are those 3 eyed, 2 tailed variety......all the run off from yards and general pollution..but the ducks do not seem to mind...or the geese or turtles..so guess it is ok................

back to the subject....the run was slow..and tedious the first few miles with me running no real pace except street light to street light............and then.....about mile 3....things got better as usual...it seems the first 2 are always hard for me to get into...

saw a morning walking buddy who was questioning me about running two times today...but i did not explain........he will not understand this marathon thing.....

back to the flat route...and home again..with the moon shining low in the sky..and the stars everywhere...reminding me of why i love this street i live on..........

my yard looks funny with several trees that i had cut.....due to katrina...........hard to recognize things with the limbs everywhere..and spaces where they do not belong.....

tomorrow...may be a rest day.....or not..........depends on how many babies are born...........
saturday..a rest for sure..causei have to work 12 hrs....and then..Sunday...probably at least 3 miles..........i have enjoyed getting back into my running routine.......it is good think time....and being outside now...is getting bearable......hope all of you have a wonderful friday...!!!!
