perfect weather

low 60's this morning.....felt so good........a huge blanket of stars over head............made me feel happy to be alive...and RUNNING>>>>the knee has been bothering me..and i do not know what else to do.....managed 3 miles...and decided to come in even tho' i wanted to go the 5 route.........i do not want to be stupid..so kept things slow and easy.....the lake was still..and no one else out this morning............

hope all of you are cool....and enjoying all the amenities of our lives...........a few days without electricity makes me appreciate everything..........
