can anyone say MUD

That is what i felt like i was running in today...and i think it may have been a tad cooler....i was very slow .....on my 3..............and there was a lot more walking than running..no music......
you might call this a crappy run.....cause it was...........i may bike with my 12 yr old ...this afternoon......
