NO!!! What do i do...?!..i run.....I RUN AND RUN AND RUN..just like tonight.....the sun going down on the lake....really nice with the light shining just so on it....few frogs starting to chirp...and the fishermen pulling their boats up the dock....by the time i got all the way around the lake the sun was down..and the dogs were out...2 of them on that side...act like they are going to eat me up..and tonight forgot my spray....so talked to them like i was going to eat them...and they moved on..just think they are protecting their territory..because they stop as soon as i get past their mailbox...usually walk by them....

ran 3 and walked 1.5....5:1 thing..works soooo well...i paced myself slowly....(7.5 miles who'd a thought it could really happen..not me)....and listened to the neatest song by nicole mullen...redeemer

I promise to xtrain tomorrow..and rest Friday, Alice...but tonight i needed those dolphins swimming around in my head.....and the run was GREAT!!!....and i feel like a marathoner......thank you, Mark Simpson....
