Moving

Changing the fonts...!!....had trouble dragging out of the bed this morning.....have to get moving....so up and at em...the weather is perrrfect...!..just me and the neighborhood dogs...and a few walkers this morning....my 80 year old friend..cheering me up the worst hill in the whole run....telling me about the car he has had for five years with 23,000 miles on it.....said he used to trade cars every 3 yrs but now thinks he may keep this one for 5 more......
well...back to the run...it was good but my left arm is killing me...i have not been weight training like i know i need to....have done a ton of lifting and working in the yard lately......more of that to do this afternoon.....trying to get things done around here....makes me love to look out the window....or be outside.....

I don't know if ya'll are catalog collectors like i am but...there is a pretty good catalog that i got in the mail yesterday....has some of the things that i have seen in a few places....athleta.com ....
