I FEEL LIKE A SSSSLLLLUUUUUGGGGG

Could not get out of bed this morning.....eventually made it around the lake 3 miles....more wog than jog...don't think I ate enough yesterday....and definitely didn't drink...so tonight may run another loop around...and then....today...plan to plant a ton of flowers..that will be my cross train...hopefully tomorrow..i can get a better start...Why do i run better if i start out early....?..it always feels so much better if I start the day off with the run.....the focus is so much better....

.....glad I see some bloggers this morning..I was getting worried....I signed up for Chicago..got my note in the mail yesterday..and i was thinking GREAT...no one is running......Where have ya'll been...!!!!????
