yep....this weather...is perrrrrfect!!!

well...jogged 6 miles today..of course did NOT do it all at one time....and it may have been more than 6 since i feel like i jogged at least 10 around labor and delivery today....but still....3 this morning...and 3 this evening....me and my pepper spray...and the mp3......super freak...hollywood...celine...bonnie....rascal flats....kelly clarkson...breakaway.....how do you like me now..toby keith....robbin ford....tell me something good....all the way around that shiny lake..no stars tonight...but the cool..so good.......and no traffic........figured out how to get this baseball boy up to speed.........and now..sitting here...drinking some gatorade..and eating walnuts...and don't tell but a little rotel dip that my 15 yr. old had to have tonight.......horrible combined though.....oh well...half nutritious....have a good one....3 miles tomorrow morning..and then..my day off..wednesday....plan to run the long run..thursday....blog and jogging....
