Long Run today...

Ran 7 miles...4:1 split....with Alice...we both felt like we could run some more...what a relief!!!!...since there is only 19.2 more to go....!!!..and to think, last year at this time i just wanted to run 5 miles...so THIS in itself is an achievement for me. Friday- Sunday have to work so won't see any of you ...but hope it all goes well...i plan to run 3 tomorrow and Saturday...and then take off Sunday......my knees are saying 'ouch'...hope that is not a bad omen....plg
