Rick James....Super Freak...listened to that this morning...coming around the lake so gray...no stars out..no sun.....but cool..and jusssstttt right......up at 4 this morning for no good reason....3miles easy .....as Mark says....5:1ratio....that is...5 run..1 walk....after the other day...i wasn't sure if i might not reverse it...but the road just ran right under me today..wished i had a little more time..could have done more...but may try for tonight..after our baseball game....

my 15 yr. old..going to Orlando to march.....he is excited.....up and at 'em this morning.....at 5.....has everything he needs...check check and check.....gave him extra money..and too many instructions...be the leader.....and who is your leader....?......yep..you got it...HE is....off with a kiss and a hug....into that bad old world....how do you ever prepare them....?......hope you all have a great day...plg
