starry night..

Busy monday...12hrs...babies coming into this world...left and right...

The stars are all over the place. Plane lights twinkling along with them up there....me wishing i had some great place to go...but tonight this place was a good place to be...beautiful...and i needed the 'think' time as well as the run.

3 miles...sore from the run Saturday. Needed to ice but didn't. May go get in the cold tub. Puts a new light on freezing your @$$ off...bad bad bad girl..i know....but it does!

now...i know pizza is not the best runners diet..but hey..I am hungry....and this is available....!!!!...the run was good at least.....not so sluggish even after tons of patients...kind of a relief...stress relief....plg
