uuugghh!

Couldn't get myself going this morning...at 5:30 it was already 70 degrees...and the humidity was so thick you could cut it....ran and walked...mostly....mind in the ditch...needed someone to run with to drag me around......so...basicly...what i am trying to say about today's run...was...IT SUCKED...big time!!!!!

hey...there's always tonight...or tomorrow......i will have to see about that......

hope all of you are having a good week.......i will not be at the run Saturday...going to my son's xcountry meet in Starkville..and to see the Bulldogs play ball...or watch them not play ball.....
