good run

3 miles today....the moon was high in the sky...and the stars were twinkling up there...and me and my shadow hit the road with some hesitation..cause i am still sore from saturday.....but the time was better than ever before....and i cannot figure out why....the humidity was tough!....and i had thought i would be slower ...but maybe rob thomas had something to do with that....i listened to him sing the whole way around the lake......which by the way was still and quiet....only the crickets out this morning.......and an occasional dog barking....it is still dark out there no sunrise....i miss that....my favorite time of the day.....
