ran tonight....

and it was hot out there...but good...my computer says it is 84 degrees..and i can tell it.....but the run was good...me and the music with a little pink and purple on the horizon over the lake.....no walkers..no dogs....bugs buzzing........and the world getting ready for another night............3 miles..30 min....walking when i felt like it...'patti pace'.....

i got my confirmation ticket...and chip...and i am scared to death....hope i can do this......the last long runs i have not been able to finish..and i am worried worried worried.....but it has been better this week...so...oooooooooo
