5 dang 30....

When did it start staying dark at 5:30...sometime during this 'resting' phase...i guess....had to take the dang flashlight....hit the road for a sloooowwww easy 3....and did that without too much problem with the knee....just wanted to go further..but time and the little voice in my head saying "don't push it"...(sounded a lot like Alice).....

headed around the lake with my mp3... rob thomas....good music...and the thoughts in my head..the stars were out at the beginning but by the time i reached the other side....the sky was all swirly...? aword...with pink and purple....over dark trees and houses not lit up yet with morning duties....

overall...a good run...now...for myown stuff....the kids are moving sleepily around the house...and I have things to do around here........and then a trip to your town....for some things that i want to do to my house......new patio doors...and painting that i want to do......
