awake...
Yep..that is me...awake at 3 this morning....
on call for 24 hrs today...yuck.....have to take my son to have an eye exam this afternoon....so far, in the last two weeks....the oldest has to have braces...so it sounds about right to have to get glasses for the other one,..since half of his dad's family is blind without them......
wished i could have run with rodney this morning....sounds like i would not have had to get up too much earlier....and i don't care what he wears....i am usually in my own little world with my music..and the watch..........
looked outside and it was a beautiful morning......stars twinkling up there soo fine so fine.....and the moon lighting the way.......off i went....down and around the lake..my usual habit of running a minute then walking until that one certain mailbox.....then i can run under the lights on the dam.....the road felt good..and i did too........time flew on by..and i managed to get in another mile to make it 4.......the knee...well.......it hurts....so i will ice and stretch and take some aleve..and hope and pray this is going to be ok........i keep thinking it will just go away.......that may be too much to hope for...we will see...............may get to swim later....trying to get the crosstraining in.....so i do not get too far behind....
i intend on taking a nap if they do not call me in.....good day to all....patti
