Saturday....knee troubles...
well.........................the knee thing SUCKS!!!..ok?".....i was hoping to do 15 today....but nope...ended up doing 12.....and felt lucky to do that.......i plan on making an appt. monday...with a doc...and hopefully..i can get this fixed...cause i have to go to this marathon !...i am committed and besides..i have told half of warren county ....luckily we do have a rest between long runs..so maybe i can get it together before then...................
felt good on the running that i was able to do.....the night before....shawn fixed some yummy pasta....and we all headed to bed early for a good nights rest....thanks shawn......silent sunny ran with us.......and spoke to us occasionally out of the clear blue...usually some observation that we have to pry out of her.......the best thing about sunny is that she is consistent........we love you Sunny...!!!
left shawn's house after a good hot shower...and headed to the shopping place....bought some goodies for my kids..and me, too, of course.....and got some good lunch.....decided to take my time since i felt like all i would do is mope....
my whole butt to knee on the left side is hurting...but you know a shopper's job is never done...so i drug myself a round until about 3.....and now....i am at home.....with ice on the knee...and a new book in my lap.......
I am going to try to run Monday..at least 3 miles......and xtrain the rest of the week..........hope your weekend is good..patti g.
