hit the streets tonight

Hello to all......i ran tonight.......3 miles........not sooo great...but not sooo bad either......the lake was still...not a ripple on the surface....sun had just set..so the sky was all orange and pink.....beautiful.............no ducks or geese squawking at that late time.......just me and the road...and the music.......country...blues.....and good old rock n roll.............and a little classical thrown in there to keep me on task.....
yes...it was good..even tho' the knee..did hurt a little......i am going to my appt. tomorrow....and i am going to ice now...........i have taken enough aleve...and motrin to kill a horse........knock on wood..........maybe it will help....
