I hereby solemnly swear to hit the pool or the elliptical every day next week...YUCK>>>>>>!!!
i am dreading it............cause.........i do not like leaving the house to do that...it is much easier to just throw the clothes on...and hit the street....................

the run was short......this morning...i think maybe 6 miles...or so......i am not sure...did the lake 2 times..and then walked back to mark's office.............iced when i got home..and now...i am considering a nice nap........
