back on the road again.......

HELLO TO ALL...hope your weekend has been all you wanted it to be....I have not been running for the last few days...thought i would go this morning..but well...you know why i did not...it was storming.....but this evening it was not raining.........and i want you to know that the humidity was really something....i had an interesting time getting my breathing right...not to mention i felt like i was running thro mud.....I have not hydrated enough these last few days......i hereby solemnly swear to drink water until my eyes float......because i can really tell a difference when i am consistent about eating and drinking lots of water......
even with all of that...it felt good to get out and do it......the music kept me going ....and i know that whether there was a marathon or not i would still do this as often as i can..............
