I'm BACK!!

well..as always the beach is great...!!..made it with the 5 boys ....they were a good group...and i loved watching them enjoy the water..sun and sand.......

i managed to get some runs in...the first day was interesting..started a little late...and felt like my legs were dead...and couldn't breathe...no matter what...but rested another day..and got started back thursday and friday with no trouble....!even tho i did wish that i had a running buddy or two......hope that today was good..for all....

i will be back next week with bells on.........i hope.....and tomorrow plan to try to run something..let you know that then.....have a good fourth.....patti g.
