Wednesday

Ran around the lake...not too good...the morning was beautiful..but it was a little colder than i thought...so my hands froze.....didn't drink enough yesterday...or eat...and the babies just wouldn't quit coming...sometimes i think when it is like that every woman in the world is pregnant............so..anyway that is the reason for my lack of nutrtion yesterday.....and why i know my run was not so good....may go tonight...have company coming..and a work weekend this week...so..i will miss the long run....this looks like the only day that i will get to do more than my jog around the lake......hope your day is good...patti
