no running

NOPE i have not run......not since the last time I blogged...but.....drum roll....tonight or tomorrow morning I will run.....I have missed it.....the lake has missed me...i can tell....everytime i drive by...it is calling my name...............so nope I have not run...but i will... Both knees gave me fits through last week..and I have been extremely tired....but i have caught up on a little sleep...and I am ready to hit the streets.............I hope that all of you are doing well..............sounds like Matt has caught his second wind for sure.........! you WILL be hearing from me.....I am wondering if we can do a long run just for the heck of it.............I miss seeing all of you............
