Tuesday...

hey there...ran Sunday night...slow and easy.....me and the music...took me on around the lake...........nice and cool....just right for me....................

then Monday...nothing...worked around the house.........my boys and i doing chores that needed to be done.....

Today..probably go after work if the rain doesn't catch me.............knees are ok for now........hope that continues.............hope your week is going good........patti gilmore
