YEAHHHHH!!! 11 miles!!!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!...????....I know I said that once before...but i canNOT believe it sometimes............the run Saturday was good...5:1 interval......and if you keep talking or listening to the music...the road just runs under your feet......
my computer has been out of commision or i would have written this Saturday...I was so excited...came home..took a nap....and then got up and went to see my long lost brother......
Today...I have not done much......to be honest...i have been sooooo sore...so i have been taking it easy.....I know ...should have crosstrained...but not happening....mind in the ditch...so tomorrow....5 miles...i hope...got to get the 15 yr. old to his ride...he is going rock climbing in Alabama....and get to work on time.....they won't know how to act.........have a good monday...Patti G.
