moving sorta'...

woke up early but not out of the bed early....got the kids to school and thought i would hit the road.....and i did..sorta'....
which means i walked and ran about 1 and 1/2 miles.....
my first day back at work yesterday has me whooped...
and today promises to be more of the same....
tuesdays in l/d we have a larger pt. load because the docs all want to labor pts on
their surgery days...woohoo!...
anyway..there 11 til 7...and after yesterday..i decided to take it easy...
i am sure i will get some xtrain in today without trying...

the day is beautiful tho....and after my run, me and one silly brown squirrel watched each other while he sat on a limb...and probably wondered what the heck i was doing in his space........the daffodils are coming up.....and all the weeds in my flower bed are too......dang it!
